The blazing sun roasted my head and the queue almost made me lose my temper. Then at last i managed to buy milk.

when turned back I saw a speeding scooter(Ya the chetak one) with a grey beard loon and a child on it and a car(Accent) driving in the same lane .
And in the next instant
the scooter collided ..... Car's window crashed ....Blood spill..... child alright! ... loon injured ......
still conscious ..... car driver Fu*ked up....
The car driver ( a youngster) unlike all others just stopped and got out of the car , he was very much horrified by what had happened and looked like a chicken about to be slaughtered.

Typically Indian style , a crowd emerged rather a dense crowd. Someone called the youngsters names while some called the loon names , very few sensible ones suggested taking the loon to the doctor and all the others watched the scene in a content with a peace of satisfaction upon each face.

Some other Geniuses took benefit of the crowd and asked them to help push their vehicle as its Self start was not working..

And The loon made the youngster piss.. he took the loon to the hospital i guess as he had already sat in the car and by then i also walked away.pawanhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11287990280121069575noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3820733044456195974.post-8587770415613260592009-03-28T03:01:00.000-07:002009-04-04T05:23:26.140-07:00Amidst the March's Commotion

Well the first exam was the mind wrecking Social Science memorizing 24 lessons in even 2 days time is a nightmare. But the nightmare came true for me and sleeping for less than 5 hours i woke up again at 4:30 AM(sharp!). The paper was not as frightening but one question which i had not prepared came . i had a really bad tackling it.

Next was Maths , i still remember how i wasted nearly 7 out of the 10 day leave by sleeping and loitering around the colony mindlessly. Actually i started studying the 2 days before.

As expected the maths exam too went like a breeze .

i wasted a fortune of hours and days . I used to start studying just the day before . The day before i used to have goosebumps for all the day round

Hindi and English also went but the Science kicked my ass.(badly)
We got 4 leaves in between . But i wasted the starting two leaves in my ignorance, as i had done earlier in all my papers.(Ignorance is Bliss).

But the last two days i had a horrific experience i forgot by Bio(logy) Chapters even after memorizing twice and could spare only a minimum of 4 to 6 hours to Chemistry and physics .
But the paper was a mixed bag full of surprises. With a few twisted questions i found the paper (and the Set III ) difficult.
Probably it was because of some chemical locha in my mind which one of my comrades had injected into my mind and got strengthened with that maths MISHAP( the wrong construction question)
Somehow with guesses and tukkas i sailed through it .
Next was the Practical .. dont ask how.. !!
Alas! we're free!!!
But i have one grudge ... they ate away the whole month.

pawanhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11287990280121069575noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3820733044456195974.post-89262937879583275402009-03-01T07:21:00.000-08:002009-03-11T04:57:28.465-07:00A Visit to the BARBER

I remember the thick canopy of hair that befriended me till the last Monday . That canopy of large grown , pampered , though haphazard but well cared hair. After all the imperfect nature makes everything unique.
The canopy of hair was dear to me and in my thoughts I thought of my rock idols. But every change meets a reaction whether positive or negative. This time it was negative. @#$%

Everyone saw me through evil eyes for my grown hairs. But I braved through the resistance and defied the parents . But the joy of overriding the requests of my parents and dreams were short lived and soon shattered into a million pieces.

Well when i reached the local Saloon , it was an altogether a new scene.

A drunk man had found its way to the saloon . The scene barbers were at their best servile and Submissive lest they should get a nice thrashing.

Well all the barbers the juniors as well as the seniors were enjoying the scene giggling quietly .

The man fortunately had a nephew with him whom he frequently taunted and called a few names. The man kept the barbers busy and made the Saloon richer by a atleast a 1000 bucks( wild estimate).

The man kept saying "Kartar Singh jo Bole hai woh duniya kare hai" !!
(What Kartar Singh says the world does)Huh!

He even kept scolding his nephew "Jab kisi aadmi ne sharab pee rakhi ho to usse Badtamaeezi nahin karte" . (don't misbehave with a drunken person) really!

The pestered and tortured barbers kept cursing him and it took them about half an hour to give me a cut. While a sported a trendy "V" and Spikes my mind was still preoccupied with the incident. the barbers kept on disscussing about the man and made wild links about caste and behaviour .sigh

Well watch this Video, really funny!

pawanhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11287990280121069575noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3820733044456195974.post-23733270880717379042009-02-08T05:54:00.000-08:002009-02-08T06:30:02.610-08:00Iron Maiden's ‘SOMEWHERE BACK IN TIME WORLD TOUR’
Well Iron Maiden is on a World tour and They won't visit Delhi !

February 2009
10th - It was as if he suddenly realized the painting was not finished. His movements, slow at first, gradually became faster and more dance like as he flung black, white, and rust colored paint onto the canvas. He completely forgot that Lee and I were there; he did not seem to hear the click of the camera shutter. . . My photography session lasted as long as he kept painting, perhaps half an hour. Despite being the backdrop of the film it was released in India so late. The story is all about a dweller Javed who has made it to the final question of”Kaun Banega Crorepati" .But the police accuses him of cheating and asks him how a slum dweller could know all the questions on the show. The following film is how he explains his experiences of childhood, about his family and so on. The film is really touching and has been successful in reserving a special corner in the hearts of people all round the globe. After being awarded a host of Golden Globe awards for a no of categories, it is all set to bag a bunch of Oscars too after being nominated in 10 categories. It is a proud moment for Indians as
A. R Rehman is the 1st Indian to be nominated.

However, it is only the brighter side, which the media has finally realized and has depicted it on the Silver screen sensitively .But on the other side of the coin the situations have changed for sure, but even these changes are not as satisfactory. Many still die due to Poverty, malnourishment and many a times it is the greed and illiteracy which claims the life of these Slum dwellers. Only like a White Tiger, children like Javed are born once in a whole generation. They fight against the odds and rise to fame . BUT that’s only once in a whole generation and a lot has to be still done.

You might be wondering how i swayed the topic! The story is in the form of a letter to MR Premier - Wen Jiabao. Balram Halwai is the White Tiger of the book's title - a title he earns by virtue of being deemed the smartest boy in his village, a community deep in the "Darkness" of rural India. Beginning from his roots in the village he slowly explains the scene of a classical Indian Village and shows how The India Shining and India Rising has AFFECTED the village . The author is the son of a rickshaw puller , and vividly describes the ideal village family consisting of a single earning member who is sucked out of life from the day he starts earning and he finally dies of Tuberculosis .And not to forget the Water Buffalo which occupies a pivotal position in the family and is well taken care of even when the whole family is struggling to make the both ends meet.
Well then it tells about the landlords and how they are the only ones to progress in the India Shining. Then as the author s into his prime, he is also forced into the labour market by the family members . Firstly, he gets the job of a "Human Spider" in a teashop but gets a break when he gets the job of a Chauffeur in the house of a landlord of his own village . The family consists of the the landlord a.k.a The Stork as he was called in the village,
Mr .Mukesh a.k.a The mongoose having a typical landlord mentality And Mr Ashok and his wife Pinky . Mr Ashok is sympathetic to his employees. Balram is the taken to Delhi , where he sees how his employers bribe the ministers . He vibrantly describes the difference between the rich and the poor in Delhi and describes how being a loyal servant he experiences each and every emotion of his employer and is affected by it . But he slowly realizes that in the existing system he can't prosper and progress and can't unleash the potential of the entrepreneur lying latent in him. Although he sees his master Mr. Ashok as a fatherly figure among his family of misers . But after deep reflection he decides to murder his master . So, one fine day when he is taking his master to the parliament to bribe the ministers he kills his master like The Ancient Mariner kills the albatross in the poem The Rime Of the Ancient mariner .And thereafter starts the rise of the entrepreneur as he fleds to Bangalore .
The narrative is very detailed and gives very detailed description of the city life and the ways of people in the city from short skirts to the substandard magazines like Murder Weekly , whores and what not. It describes the typical habits of a driver. Despite from being sarcastic and satirical the book is also witty and seems to be laughing upon the india shining and mourns upon the political corruptness in the country.
I forgot to tell the book also bagged the Booker prize for the year 2008.
@quicksilver
Well quicksilver a.k.a whatever( i don't know his name) i had exactly the same experience as yours before i could take the book in my hands . the post
(guys i know it is a terrible review and the mariner thing doesn't fits at all .but thats what i feell)pawanhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11287990280121069575noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3820733044456195974.post-13174540870603892152009-01-11T03:07:00.000-08:002009-01-14T03:24:20.456-08:00AdsenseWell this post is a nonsense and a dummy post. Most of you must be familiar with it either in the form of the Movie or the book.
I read the book sometime back and I'm trying to recollect some of the outline features of the book .
Well this book authored by Dan Brown is definitely a very fine piece of mystery literature . His style of writing ensures thrills and Adrenaline gushes at almost every point of the story.
The story revolves around a a writer or probably a researcher Robert Langdon & a cryptographer
Sophie Neveu & her grandfather Jacques Sauniere's mysterious death.
The book starts with the infamous FACTS page & the Prologue that gives the introduction to the story. The story begins with the mysterious murder of Jacques Sauniere .by an albino. The albino called Silas is a member of Opus Dei and is on a mission to find The Holy Grail. Jacques Sauniere dies in a mysterious condition , with clothing stripped he lays down in a position resembling the Painting Vitruvian Man. The following message is found near his body
13-3-2-21-1-1-8-5
O, Draconian devil!
Oh, lame saint!
P.S. Find Robert Langdon
Jacques Sauniere as revealed later in the story is a member of the Secret society "Priory of Sion." which is trying to preserve the Holy Grail
Cryptographers are called and in the team of Cryptographers is Agent Sophie who deciphers the
message partially runs away with Robert Langdon who is called in the museum by the Police Officer "Fache". The message kicks off the plot and with the help of this message the the murder
of Jacques Sauniere. By finding hints from the message they find a cryptex and go to professor
Teabing's (a friend of langdon) house. The story thereafter is full of ups and downs and full of adrenaline gushes!
From tracing the evolution of the word "horny", evolution and nature of christianity and nature of the Holy Grail , the story is absolutely exciting and a must for all.
And don't forget the Secret Feminie i.e. Mary Magdalene
Well just to inform the holy grail is believed to be the cup from which Christ drank from during the last supper.pawanhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11287990280121069575noreply@blogger.com6tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3820733044456195974.post-3639306355098772762009-01-06T03:45:00.000-08:002009-01-06T04:04:50.125-08:00iPhone 3G unlocked!
Well the much hyped iPhone 3G which was uncrackable a few months earlier has lost this distinction. As the night grew dark
All the dogs did bark
the ghosts did shriek
and the doors did creak.
In a dusty, empty lane ,
the creatures lay slain.
Walking down slowly ,
weaker grew my sight.
The big burning flies on the roadside
gave a pale shimmering light.
The sleep had cast a spell
which made the silence fell.
Sluggish grew my pace ,
oh! sweet pain given by those
thirsty mortals on my face.
the radiance grew dimmer
and died after a painful shimmer.
Lay open the highway to hell
the blood parched creatures did yell.
the clinch that was on my feet.
deep under was i pulled a million feet .
in a tarn with blood up to 3 inches deep ,
Swam devils with teeth like dagger.
Zombies did descend along the ladder.
Next ran the stiletto through my skin ,
tearing apart each and every inch.
The scarlet did ran, mirroring a crying mother,
my soul did cry seeing the agonizing slaughter.
with the flesh ripped, and heart eaten away,
i became a creature like thee,
and rapturous did the devils feel .
With incantation , a devil
in the eternal self did preside...

i won't appreciate any negative comments on this post.

But soon caught after by the security is soon bid Bon Voyage to Madagascar.During the voyage due to small fight between Alex & Marty the crates get knocked off into sea & soon after they find themselves on Madagascar.
Soon they are greeted by the Lemurs & their king Jullian(singer of "I like to move").
But the adventure starts and Alex's craving for Steak makes him attack his friends. And rest is the adventure how they all turn friends again .
In the Ship along with them are the 3 James Bond inspired penguins, who invade the ship and direct it to Antarctica . But disappointed & running out of fuel they return back to Paradise:Florida but land up in Madagascar.
The voice overs given by Ben Stiller, Chris Rock & others are Simply awesome.
And don't forget the song : "I Like to Move It

Oh i forgot to thanks aXXo for the awesome DvdRip :p

enjoy the song
pawanhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11287990280121069575noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3820733044456195974.post-53615052256769587212008-12-24T07:54:00.000-08:002008-12-24T08:05:15.380-08:00The Big Foot! The 10 numbered shoe was a nice farewell gift to Bush! Just after my dreaded HALF YEARLys in the month of September . After a fortune of months spend on internet searching about all the popular brands my mind FINALLY got struck on IBANEZ RG series , ESP M ,MH & F series ,JACKSON Kelly,Warrior, & Randy Rhoads Signature. However, i used to eye the Gibson Les Paul & the Steve Vai Jem
But they were definitely out of question due to its price( a blinding amount of $3000 & $2400 resp.)

So , after the short listing of the COMPETITORS a little bit of research was done again to find the winner. Ibanez was a fast emerging choice . Finally , those haunting half yearlys got over (ooff!).

I flocked to the Guitar shops in Daryaganj ,Old Delhi ,Well a very nice place for people looking out bargain & a nice range in musical instruments. The !st Shop was Biba Musicals (a really odd name!)
the guy out there had a very nice range of Guitars with Guitars from virtually every brand (Except Gibson!) With a very nice pricing almost matching that of US(US stores offer a very competitive pricing as compared to Indian Stores). But Pa could not really get along the owner . He didn't seem to be interested & moreover the shop was also undergoing renovation. So, i bid farewell to the shop to land at the doorstep of R.N BHARGAVA AND CO. Well a nice reputed store in Delhi with a nice customer service on Instruments i.e. 1 year + (2 year for a sticker that can stick on to your instrument ).
Well the wooden flooring seemed to be inviting customers tooo. [:p]
The range was absolutely mind boggling . From Harmoniums to Casio , Guitars and Basses ,
Pickups and what not!.
Well my hunt ended with IBANEZ RG370DX GP2 .I know thats a scary name , but the RG series is a dream machine for many guitarists .

Well i was only get my hands on it on my next visit . The showroom has ample of space and has a separate room for tuning and setup of instruments & also for their trial. All sorts of people where in the showroom IITians , Firangis etc etc..The guy out there was very helpful and sorted me out in a jiffy. But as the Diwali eve was approaching The billing took a little bit time due to a large no. of customers.
The instrument was screeching and yelling at its top at my home after a hour . No tuning problems even after
4 WEEKS!!. Well courtesy the unique tremolo which costed a bit more also.
It is this one>
Here are some reference links you could check these out
Ibanez RG series
My One
Best Music store online

pawanhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11287990280121069575noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3820733044456195974.post-59286656852726837162008-11-09T04:33:00.000-08:002008-11-09T05:03:17.584-08:00My PSP

Well! I have a PSP 2000, piano black called PSP SLIM N LITE just enough to satisfy me.
Its a nice gizmo with a long list of PROS and a few handful of COns Too.
Well u all might be familiar with it.

Bearing a Sony and a Playstation logo it simply streams through all the games you throw at it (of course psp games) & the 4 inches screen , though not touch screen(oohh) can provide a nice time watching movies and again only mp4 ones and of course the Mp3 player & the UMD drive are added bonuses!!AND the memory card slot allows Bad Boyz like us to cheat Sony & other companies by playing games through the Memory Stick pro duos . The memory card earlier used for game demos by Sony Proves a boon for music freaks like me by providing space upto 64 GB !!! A 3.5 mm audio out allows one to connect normal speakers or headsets to the consoles.Well there is a USB port too. Earlier version even sported an infrared port making
it a universal remote for all devices

And well the battery life>>ok ok thats short man only for 3 hours & the screen gives glare.
Carrying it may make one feel like there is a brick in the pocket
And the inbuilt tweeters suck. But after all Nothing iS perfect .
Sony definitely deserves applaud man!!
Hats off ! to Sony For the innovation of this true portable entertainment console

pawanhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11287990280121069575noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3820733044456195974.post-49998423761437204502008-11-08T23:41:00.000-08:002008-11-08T23:49:04.984-08:00POWER OUT OF PEE
Things have gone really weird. Scientists have come up with a urine chargeable battery!!! Now the day is not faraway when you would have to go to the washroom to charge your phone or even your laptops. Its sounds really awkward but Scientists at the Institute of Bioengineering and Nanotechnology have developed a prototype battery that runs on urine. One drop of urine applied to a paper soaked in copper chloride solution (sandwiched between copper and magnesium strips) which caused the prototype to function like an AA battery for <large>90 days</large>. While recharging it might be a bit distasteful, at least it's biodegradable .

IN other words they have made POWER OUT OF PEE !pawanhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11287990280121069575noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3820733044456195974.post-77986751166914352392008-11-08T05:18:00.000-08:002008-11-08T23:41:15.384-08:00Obamamaina
Welcome friends!
Well the hottest topic is of course Obama . America finally got its 1st black prez or one may say the 1st BLACK occupant of the WHITE house. Whatever may it be but its definitely the sign of black revolution. With a nice margin of around 55% he proved himself to be great mass mover also.
A no of words too have been coined to his name Obamarama,Obamamania and what not .With fans all round the world from US to Kenya (including a big lot in india TOO) he has definitely become a global celeb.Guys you all noe much about him so wont bore you any more.Till then watch his speech and check out my blog regularly for new posts http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pWe7wTVbLUU

pawanhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11287990280121069575noreply@blogger.com0
