I saw this movie last night and it is as fresh as it was then, truly a remarkable movie.
Animated movies are always thought to be meant for toddlers , But this movie might break this notion among most of us .
Well , this laughter riot centered around Four zoo Friends , Alex -a dancing lion who craves for steaks, Marty - A confused Zebra, Gloria - A seductive Female Hippopotamus (i dont know what one calls a female hippo) & Melmen - A nerdy Giraffe.
The plot kicks off with the birthday of Marty who is busy dreaming about the wild , and his best friend Alex gifts yet another best seller product of his.
The story gets a twist when Marty escapes from the zoo and is followed by his three friends . But soon caught after by the security is soon bid Bon Voyage to Madagascar.During the voyage due to small fight between Alex & Marty the crates get knocked off into sea & soon after they find themselves on Madagascar.
Soon they are greeted by the Lemurs & their king Jullian(singer of "I like to move").
But the adventure starts and Alex's craving for Steak makes him attack his friends. And rest is the adventure how they all turn friends again .
In the Ship along with them are the 3 James Bond inspired penguins, who invade the ship and direct it to Antarctica . But disappointed & running out of fuel they return back to Paradise:Florida but land up in Madagascar.
The voice overs given by Ben Stiller, Chris Rock & others are Simply awesome.

Robbed! Robbed!

At 5 a.m. today, a security guard reported a robbery at Paris Hilton’s Hollywood Hills home. The burglar, who the guard described as a man in a hooded sweatshirt and gloves, left with an estimated $2 million worth of Hilton’s possessions, including jewelry.
She Says that it was better that she was not at at the time of robbery.

Well i bought my 1st electric this year. Just after my dreaded HALF YEARLys in the month of September . After a fortune of months spend on internet searching about all the popular brands my mind FINALLY got struck on IBANEZ RG series , ESP M ,MH & F series ,JACKSON Kelly,Warrior, & Randy Rhoads Signature. However, i used to eye the Gibson Les Paul & the Steve Vai Jem
But they were definitely out of question due to its price( a blinding amount of $3000 & $2400 resp.)

So , after the short listing of the COMPETITORS a little bit of research was done again to find the winner. Ibanez was a fast emerging choice . Finally , those haunting half yearlys got over (ooff!).

I flocked to the Guitar shops in Daryaganj ,Old Delhi ,Well a very nice place for people looking out bargain & a nice range in musical instruments. The !st Shop was Biba Musicals (a really odd name!)
the guy out there had a very nice range of Guitars with Guitars from virtually every brand (Except Gibson!) With a very nice pricing almost matching that of US(US stores offer a very competitive pricing as compared to Indian Stores). But Pa could not really get along the owner . He didn't seem to be interested & moreover the shop was also undergoing renovation. So, i bid farewell to the shop to land at the doorstep of R.N BHARGAVA AND CO. Well a nice reputed store in Delhi with a nice customer service on Instruments i.e. 1 year + (2 year for a sticker that can stick on to your instrument ).
Well the wooden flooring seemed to be inviting customers tooo. [:p]
The range was absolutely mind boggling . From Harmoniums to Casio , Guitars and Basses ,
Pickups and what not!.
Well my hunt ended with IBANEZ RG370DX GP2 .I know thats a scary name , but the RG series is a dream machine for many guitarists .

Well i was only get my hands on it on my next visit . The showroom has ample of space and has a separate room for tuning and setup of instruments & also for their trial. All sorts of people where in the showroom IITians , Firangis etc etc..The guy out there was very helpful and sorted me out in a jiffy. But as the Diwali eve was approaching The billing took a little bit time due to a large no. of customers.
The instrument was screeching and yelling at its top at my home after a hour . No tuning problems even after
4 WEEKS!!. Well courtesy the unique tremolo which costed a bit more also.

My PSP

Well! I have a PSP 2000, piano black called PSP SLIM N LITE just enough to satisfy me.
Its a nice gizmo with a long list of PROS and a few handful of COns Too.
Well u all might be familiar with it.

Bearing a Sony and a Playstation logo it simply streams through all the games you throw at it (of course psp games) & the 4 inches screen , though not touch screen(oohh) can provide a nice time watching movies and again only mp4 ones and of course the Mp3 player & the UMD drive are added bonuses!!AND the memory card slot allows Bad Boyz like us to cheat Sony & other companies by playing games through the Memory Stick pro duos . The memory card earlier used for game demos by Sony Proves a boon for music freaks like me by providing space upto 64 GB !!! A 3.5 mm audio out allows one to connect normal speakers or headsets to the consoles.Well there is a USB port too. Earlier version even sported an infrared port making
it a universal remote for all devices

And well the battery life>>ok ok thats short man only for 3 hours & the screen gives glare.
Carrying it may make one feel like there is a brick in the pocket
And the inbuilt tweeters suck. But after all Nothing iS perfect .
Sony definitely deserves applaud man!!

POWER OUT OF PEE

Things have gone really weird. Scientists have come up with a urine chargeable battery!!! Now the day is not faraway when you would have to go to the washroom to charge your phone or even your laptops.Its sounds really awkward but Scientists at the Institute of Bioengineering and Nanotechnology have developed a prototype battery that runs on urine. One drop of urine applied to a paper soaked in copper chloride solution (sandwiched between copper and magnesium strips) which caused the prototype to function like an AA battery for 90 days. While recharging it might be a bit distasteful, at least it's biodegradable .

IN other words they have made POWER OUT OF PEE !

Well the hottest topic is of course Obama . America finally got its 1st black prez or one may say the 1st BLACK occupant of the WHITE house. Whatever may it be but its definitely the sign of black revolution. With a nice margin of around 55% he proved himself to be great mass mover also.
